If this video doesn’t make you pull up your sagging pants immediately than I don’t know what will. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts just coming up with crazy fines for having saggy pants: Fines up to $300, county jail up to two years, and the craziest one? State prison for up to three years. How did they even come up with those penalties?
By far the best part of this crazy law would be watching someone be detained or getting a fine by the police. How embarrassing. What would they tell their mothers?
From here on out I swear to be a pants-sagging vigilante. I may be kind and let that person off with a warning but after that a citizens arrest should absolutely be allowed.
Last question: That police officer in the video was definitely an actor, not a real cop, right?
