Karaoke night can fun for everyone, whether you’ve got the guts to belt it out or you just like to watch. On October 23 at 7 pm, there was a karaoke contest in the Maureen Murphy Wilkins Atrium of the Jean Yawkey Center. ECPB hosted event which featured free apple cider, desserts, and the musical stylings of Brian Burns ’16, Father John Spencer, Danielle Rose ’16, Carolyn Caveny, and Ben Purdue ’14.

Burns strutted his stuff while singing “Material Girls” by Madonna, Father John appropriately sang “Sweet Caroline” by Neil Diamond while donning a Sox hat, Rose sang “Sunday Morning” by Maroon 5, Caveny sang “Roar’ by Katie Perry and Purdue crooned “I Want It That Way” by The Backstreet Boys. Danielle won the Judges Vote and a $100 Visa gift card, while Caveny won the fans with her Katy Perry cover and army of back-up dancers.
