Halloween Door Decoration Competition
This Wednesday, the RHA
hosted their annual Halloween Door Decoration Competition.
“Everyone who participated [decorated their doors] earned a point towards Battle of the Halls. The winner earned 5 points and the runners-up each earned 3 points,” said RA and judge Lily Welch, ’17.
The winning door is Saint Ann’s Hall, room 213!
The winners each received gift cards provided by the RHA.
The runners up were…
Saint Ann’s Hall, room 411
Saint Joe’s Hall, room 634
Congratulations to the winners and everyone who participated and won points for their hall for Battle of the Halls!
“Our Halloween Door Decorating contest is one event that makes up RHA’s Battle of the Halls, which is a larger event that goes on during the month of October.” said RHA member Sarah Como, ’16.
Other Battle of the Halls events include Door Stop Decorating, Penny Jars, and Apple Decorating. Participation in these events wins a point for the players’ floor, or for their hall in regards to Penny Jars. At the end of the month, all of the points are tallied (you can also get a point for attending general members meetings) and the floor with the most points will receive gift cards!
