Ted Lasso, the hit Apple TV+ comedy, will return for a third season, although the release date for the new episodes has not yet been announced. Although the Jason Sudeikis sitcom has previously debuted in August and July, this year’s launch is unlikely to occur in the summer. “Football wrinkle” is what Hunt refers to as the show’s soccer sequences’ logistical challenges.
When will Ted Lasso Season 3 start?
Before revealing that Season 3 will begin later than Season 2, “We’re in pre-production,” TVLine quotes Hunt as saying. The second season of Ted Lasso finished with a significant cliffhanger: Nick Mohammed’s Nate left as Richmond’s assistant coach and accepted a new position Rupert’s recently bought West Ham United. As of right now, there is very little information about Season 3, but Bill Lawrence, the show’s other co-creator/exec producer, has previously confirmed that Sarah Niles (who first appeared in Season 2’s premiere as team psychologist Dr. Sharon Fieldstone), will both factor heavily into next 12 episodes despite their presumed exits in Oct. 8 finale.
