There is no set date for the premiere.
The second half of Attack on Titan: The Final Season is now over, but the story is far from over. Part three of the popular anime’s final season will be released in the near future, according to reports.
The final episode of the critically acclaimed anime series, dubbed Attack on Titan: The Final Season Final Arc, will premiere in 2023.
After the broadcast of the final episode of Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 2 in Japan, the news was made on the official Attack on Titan Twitter page.
The revelation was made via a tweet that includes new promotional images for the last season as well as a small teaser trailer for what, if the title of this portion is to be believed, will be the end of the anime series, which will have been running for a decade by the time the Final Arc is released.
With a total of twenty-eight episodes, the last season of Attack on Titan currently has the most episodes inside a single season of the long-running series, with more to follow next year. Because both parts have different numbers of episodes, with Part 1 having sixteen and Part 2 having twelve, it’s unclear how many episodes this third and ostensibly last part will have.
No more information about the impending third installment of the critically acclaimed series’ last season has been released.
Attack on Titan began as a manga in 2009, authored by Hajime Isayama, and has since grown to become one of the best-selling manga series of all time, with over 100 million volumes in print worldwide. On April 9, 2021, the award-winning franchise concluded with its final issue.

The anime adaptation began in 2013, and the fourth and final season was split into many parts.
The total number of episodes in the series is presently 87. Part 1 of the last season aired in Japan from December 7, 2020, to March 29, 2021, with Part 2 beginning on January 10th and ending on April 4th. The series was created by Wit Studio, with MAPPA providing animation for the last season.
Many fans doubted that Attack on Titan Season 4: Part 2 would be enough to complete the series. As soon as fans learned of the episode count and names, speculation began that this “ending” might not be what it seemed.
Granted, many people believed Attack on Titan would finish with a film – mostly because the sequences in Hajime Isayama’s manga’s final story arc are the essence of “cinematic” and appropriate of the big screen. However, a feature-length film of 120 to 150 minutes in length would not have enough time to include all of the profound and complicated scenes that make up the conclusion.

Now the anime can give both the required level of visual spectacle as well as the required amount of character and plot depth. The only drawback is that Attack on Titan Season 4: Part 3 will take another year to come.
