After being seen together in Byron Bay, Australia, where they met at a cafe, Zac and Vanessa fueled relationship rumors in the summer of 2020. Things reportedly became serious quickly, and the couple was even thought to be planning to buy a home together. They reportedly parted in November 2020 owing to distance concerns. Zac had to leave Byron Bay to film a new film, thus their summer romance came to an end.
