Will Stranger Things’ Fourth Season Premiere on Netflix in May?
Stranger Things 4 will premiere on Netflix on May 27, 2022, following production delays due to the coronavirus pandemic. This is at least true for Vol. I, which was announced via Instagram by the show’s social media accounts, uploaded several posters to promote the highly-anticipated new season.

The 1980s are shown next, which is when the majority of the show takes place. Was the Creel House abandoned? Was the Creel House abandoned? That’s what we’re wondering. The plot of ST4 may be influenced by this.
It’s worth noting that Eleven and the Byers’ family relocated to California after Season 3’s conclusion. Netflix released a few teasers on November 6—also known as Stranger Things day, as it’s the date Will went missing in season 1—in which we see Eleven adapting to her new surroundings while penning a letter to Mike, a new hairstyle.

According to rumors, the show’s cast is set to get a few new faces, and one of them has a strong connection with a celebrity already on board. The Duffer Brothers revealed some previously unseen characters for season four during Netflix’s Geeked Week.

- Miss Kelly is a well-known guidance counselor who is particularly concerned about her students’ well-being, and Regina Ting Chen plays her.
- In the role of Chrissy, Grace Van Dien: “The most popular girl at Hawkins High School is the school’s star cheerleader. However, there is a sinister mystery lurking behind the surface.”
- As reported by Fansided, Maya Hawke’s younger brother Levon is now being used as a punk character on the set of the show Until Netflix confirms his role, we’re not sure what he’ll be portraying, but it appears that he’ll be working with his sister as they were all photographed filming together at the same video store.
- “A dangerous and frightening man who is imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital for a terrible murder in the 1950s,” Robert Englund, best known as Freddie Kruger, joins the cast as Victor Creel.
- Peter Ballard is played by Jamie Campbell Bower “an orderly at a psychiatric hospital who cares about patients Peter is fed up with the violence he sees on a daily basis.”
- Argyle, a “fun-loving stoner” who “proudly delivers amazing pizza pies for Surfer Boy Pizza,” is played by Booksmart star Edwardo Franco.
- Eddie Munson is played by Joseph Quinn “metalhead with a flamboyant style from the 1980s who controls Hawkins High School’s official D&D club, The Hellfire Club. This season’s mystery will revolve around Eddie, who is both hated and adored by those who understand him.”

- A “smart, no-nonsense man” who believes he can stop the evil in Hawkins once and for all, Sherman is Lieutenant Colonel Sullivan.
- “Jason Carver” is Mason Dye “a tall, dark, and attractive athlete who is dating the school’s most popular girl. Nevertheless, with the emergence of a new danger to Hawkins, Jason’s idyllic existence begins to crumble.”

- Netflix has also announced the addition of eight new cast members for the upcoming season four. TVLine broke the news of the new cast members, which include a horror film legend and a Booksmart actress.

What Can We Expect From the Next Fourth Season?
Keep in mind that there was an additional mid-credits sequence that sets the stage for the upcoming season in Season 3. As we can see, despite the fact that Starcourt Mall is no longer there, Russia is still at it. Unfortunately, the new Demogorgon they’ve made eats one of their prisoners. The fact that an American prisoner named Hopper is being held there is also mentioned.
This also suggests that the battle for Hawkins isn’t finished yet and that the group will likely reconvene in order to permanently remove the Russians and their bizarre experiments from the town.
