Rocko was sued in July 2012 for allegedly assaulting an unidentified male after the victim claimed he saw A$AP Mob using narcotics inside a clothes shop in New York City. Following the release of images of the event, he was arrested and charged with assault. He was subsequently released after reaching an agreement on a plea deal.
Following an alleged smack to the face of a female fan at a music event on August 31, 2014, A$AP was arrested and charged with a misdemeanour and assault. The case was dropped when a witness failed to appear in court; nevertheless, the lady subsequently filed a complaint in July 2014, claiming that she had been mistreated. In April 2015, a private settlement was reached.
