Who Knows When The Release Date of The Second season of Loki Will Be?
At the end of January, the website Backstage, which provides employment options for entertainers, did provide some information. Season two of Loki is scheduled to begin filming in the summer of 2022, according to the website.
There were no casting updates from backstage. According to a recent filming update from Disney, the second season of Loki isn’t going to be as long as previously thought.
As of now, there is no word on when the new season will premiere, although it might be around the latter half of 2022 or the beginning of 2023.
After the first season was filmed in Georgia, the Backstage release stated that Loki will be shot at Pinewood Studios in the United Kingdom.

If Sophia Di Martino doesn’t appear in season two, it’s because Sylvie was last seen on an asteroid at the end of time. But she’s a Loki variation, so there’s a good chance she’ll show up again in some manner.
There is no word yet from Disney on who might take Kate Herron’s place as director for Season 2, despite the fact that she announced she wouldn’t be returning after directing all six episodes of Season 1. Whether or whether the show’s head writer Michael Waldron returns is also up in the air.

It’s been reported that the TVA puppet master who was defeated in season one will return in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania as one of his many incarnations, including Kang the Conquerer. Season two of Loki could have Jonathan Majors as Kang or a different character.
