Netflix has added a slew of new movies and episodes to its repertoire in the first week of June. It’s also about vampires and vampire hunters this week, as well as Adam Sandler as a basketball scout and the final season of a British mobster family.
Who’s up for a little vampire action? First Kill will premiere on Netflix on Friday, June 10, 2022, and recounts the story of a youthful vampire who falls in love with a vampire hunter. The series is based on a short tale by V.E. Schwab, and after reading it, I’m really looking forward to seeing it.
Juliette, a vampire, and Calliope, a vampire hunter, star in the eight-episode series. They’re each going to make their first kill, but their first kills may turn out to be each other. What happens, though, when they fall in love? It would be an understatement to say their parents are dissatisfied.
