With the start of a new month, Netflix adds new shows to its library. Outer Banks season 3 is regrettably not one of them. In June, the action-adventure thriller will not be available on Netflix.
The teen drama has it all: romances to root for, great friendships, a mystery to unravel, family drama, and so much more. That’s why, since its premiere in April 2020, the show has been a Netflix Originals smash. We were also about a month into the pandemic and all of the lockdowns, so many folks had the opportunity to do so.
Outer Banks is also not on Netflix’s Geeked Week program. As a result, it’s doubtful that any fresh information regarding the series will be released during the week of June 6. However, we can forecast when it will be available on Netflix.

What Is The Outer Banks Season 3 Expected Release?
The second season began filming at the end of August 2020 and ended on April 2, 2021. It took roughly seven months in all. Season 3 began production at the end of February, according to a tweet from actress Madelyn Cline. So, based on the length of the previous season’s production, the third season’s filming is expected to complete in September 2022.
Don’t forget that post-production will be involved as well. So it’ll probably be a while before our favorite Pogues return to our television screens. I’m hoping for a third season of Outer Banks to be released by the end of 2022. However, a release date of 2023 appears to be more likely at this time.

Season 2 of the show finished on a cliffhanger that had viewers on the edge of their seats. Sarah and John B were reunited with the rest of the Pogues in Charlotte in the previous season, and they continued their search for the treasure.
The group had misplaced their recently obtained gold cross and wound up on a barren island as a result. Carla was seen on her way to see John B’s father, who was thought to be dead but was not. He has agreed to assist in the search for the Shroud of Turin in exchange for her assistance with John B and his associates.
