Her ‘Shameful’ Topless Photos: Audrina Patridge Admits to Feeling Shameful over the Situation In my defense, I didn’t know what to do.
Audrina Patridge is speaking up about the topless images she took while still a Hollywood prospect because she felt “pressured.”
I wish I could have said “no” and not succumbed to peer pressure with “topless photos,” The Hills alum said on an episode of Nick Viall’s The Viall Files podcast earlier this month. “I was kind of guided and peer-pressured in certain situations that I wish I could say ‘no’ to and be strong with my ‘no’ and not succumb to peer pressure with, you know, topless photos.”

Patridge described the first publication of the photos as “devastating,” but she went on to say, “People spun it in a judgemental, negative way, and then it makes you feel ashamed and horrible about yourself.”
Patridge chimed in, “Your early 20s and teens can be difficult to navigate, and you may have to live with the consequences of some of your decisions. You can learn from your mistakes, but you may also pass on your knowledge to others.”

Topless images of Patridge initially appeared on the internet in 2008. The actress issued a statement to TMZ at the time.
According to MTV News, she remarked, “I took these images years ago when I was barely out of high school and began to model.” “Young and inexperienced, I had no idea how to defend myself. An important lesson for me and the girls who look up to me has been taught.”
Justin Bobby Brescia’s guidance from The Hills helped Patridge get through the trauma more easily, she said on Viall’s show.
“‘Who cares?’ he scoffed.’ Those things are boobs. The boobs are in all of us “Viall, 41, was the subject of her conversation. “Stop worrying about it,” he said.
I had to put things in perspective to the point where I was just like, “Who cares? “,”
