We now have a brand-new example to add to the long list of ways Kate Middleton evokes memories of her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana. Kate’s parenting style is strikingly similar to Diana’s, claims royal protocol expert Myka Meier.
“In a way, I believe Kate has learnt how to maintain her composure. For Princess Diana, for instance, there was constant pressure and tension.
And even though maybe behind closed doors the Duchess of Cambridge doesn’t feel that way, I believe she is continuing down the same route of maintaining her composure, Meier told Us Weekly. But Kate does a fantastic job of never letting anything but grace show. She undoubtedly borrowed that idea from Princess Diana’s autobiography, in my opinion.
In the middle of the Trooping the Colour parade earlier this summer, Kate’s youngest son, Prince Louis, (adorably) lost his mind on the balcony.
Kate calmly handled the four-year meltdown olds in front of a million cameras, onlookers, and potential trolls who were looking for something to criticize.

Following their heart-to-heart, Louis was enjoying the time of his life.
“I think she performed admirably.
Any parent or anybody with a young child in their life is aware of how challenging it may be.
She maintained her composure, which made her even more lovable and relatable than before “Meier commented on the prominent parenting incident.
“She dealt with him. She corrected him, but she left his mouth open. She did nothing that would have raised questions. She truly handled everything so kindly and expertly.”
One more example of how Kate is essentially the People’s Princess 2.0.
