Celebs came out in full force on Saturday to celebrate one of the most important fashion events of the year in Sicily, Italy.

With Mariah Carey, Helen Mirren, Sharon Stone, Ciara, Drew Barrymore, Heidi Klum, and Kris Jenner in attendance at the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda Women’s Show, among others, are some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.

Onlookers marveled as well at how stunning the celebrities, who had gathered in front of Syracuse Cathedral’s ancient Piazza Duomo to see the event, all looked.

Carey, 53, stepped out in a bespoke gown based on Sicilian tile patterns. All of the Swarovski crystals were used in the dress’s hand-worked embroidery.

Alternating gold and silver metallic platform sandals completed the “Obsessed” singer’s ensemble. She accessorized with Alta Gioielleria earrings.

The 76-year-old actress wowed the crowd with a gold lamé gown with hand-painted striped patterns and a crystal-encrusted waist. An embellished Dolce box bag completed the actress’s look for the excursion.

Stone, 64, dressed to impress in a handcrafted gold lamé bustier adorned with Swarovski crystal embroidery. The top was coupled with satin slacks with a dramatic flower design train created by hand. A pair of gold lace pumps completed the actress’s gorgeous look for the evening.

It was a star-studded affair for Ciara and Russell Wilson, 36, and their two children. Two of the singer’s children were born to her and the sports star, while the third was conceived during her prior relationship with rapper Future and is currently in the custody of the singer.

Despite the fact that their children sported full Dolce & Gabbana outfits, Ciara also wore one of her own. Gold lamé lace adorned with metal and embroidered sacred hearts suited her NFL quarterback husband’s clothing.

Rather than going over the top with his attire, he opted for a simple white silk tuxedo with a shawl collar. A cream silk satin shirt, a lapel pin, and a bowtie completed the athlete’s attire.
