The most agonizing pain, according to Clarke, who also said that having Game of Thrones “It was the most excruciating pain,” was “incredibly helpful to have Game of Thrones sweep me up and give me that purpose.”

Clarke had to spend a lot of time recovering from both of her brain aneurysms. As a result of the extensive damage to her brain, the actress now claims she is just grateful to be alive.

According to Clarke, “it’s amazing that I can speak and live my life completely normally with absolutely no consequences given how much of my brain is no longer usable.”
