The Cowboys’ Quarterback Cooper Rush
In practice, camp, and exhibition games since 2017, the Cowboys’ backup quarterback has been familiarizing himself with this offensive scheme by going through the playbook.
Rush has been paid by NFL teams for the greater part of five years, so he didn’t anticipate the speed of the NFL game to wow him as it could a rookie.
During his redshirt season, he was named Central Michigan’s Scout Team Player of the Year.
But Rush’s chance on Sunday night was the realization of a dream he never gave up but was unable to secure. Rush sat on his couch in October and viewed the majority of the NFL games. Really strange, he said.
Details about Cooper Rush’s Career
Based on the NFL quarterback they compared him to in their draft description on NFL.com, some fans may have been pretty concerned if they saw him on the field.
Rush attended Lansing Catholic High School and was raised in Charlotte, Michigan.
He played in the MAC, not the SEC, according to his bio. Some of those throws might have been pick-sixes if he had attempted them against NFL cornerbacks and safeties. Despite his sweetness and excellent level of education, his arm strength may be stronger.
Since he moved here, he has been one of Cooper’s most devoted supporters. Orlando Scandrick can be contacted. He informed Coop that he was distributing fan club membership forms.
