Solo Leveling Anime Release Date Schedule: Here’s Check Its Trailer, Casting, Plot & Everything You Should Know!

Solo Leveling Anime Release Date Schedule

The time has come for all Solo Leveling aficionados to rise up! And now, at long last, the world will see Sung Jinwoo’s greatest level-up to yet.

The announcement of an anime adaptation of the award-winning manhwa came early in the morning of July 2, 2022, during Crunchyroll’s Anime Expo 2022 Industry Panel.

With A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online, Kaguya-sama: Love is War) at the helm, the announcement also included the release of an official teaser key visual and a teaser promotional video in English subs.

Despite assurances from reliable sources, the debut date and time of Solo Leveling have yet to be set. Once the appropriate details have been made public, we will revise this article accordingly.

Fans are still worried about the Solo Leveling anime’s outcome despite A-1’s leadership.

Fans of the manhwa’s Big 3 (Noblesse, God of High School, Tower of God), which Crunchyroll co-produced, were reportedly unsatisfied with the speed and content.

Given that Solo Leveling has topped Crunchyroll’s survey of the top 10 mangas fans want to see animated for the past two years, it’s easy to see why the fans feel this way.

Fans have high hopes, and this excitement is fueling the wait for the production team to deliver.

Still, it’s not a good idea to underestimate this group of seasoned anime actors.

One Person Raising the Game for the Anime Factory

Although the teaser didn’t give too much away about the next show’s plot, it did highlight the talented people who worked on it.

A-1 Pictures is rapidly rising in the industry and has produced a string of critically acclaimed films in recent years.

Sword Art Online wasn’t the only hit from the company; Black Butler, Fairy Tail, The Seven Deadly Sins, and the critically praised Your Lie in April were also produced there.

It’s clear that A-1 is pulling out all the stops for this one since they’ve recruited some of the minds behind SAO and the smash-hit Attack on Titan.

The creators of the most popular gaming anime of the last generation should naturally celebrate the arrival of the gaming manhwa’s emperor.

The best episodes of both SAO and AoT have been directed by Shunsuke Nakashige. Concurrently, composer Hiroyuki Sawano is responsible for the show’s unforgettable score.

With A-1 supporting them, the fans were already excited by the duo’s collaboration.

Jinwoo and his shadow army are in good hands with Noboru Kimura, the show’s main writer, and Tomoko Sudo, its character designer.

Leveling Up Tale for One

The protagonist in Solo Leveling rose from being the world’s weakest hunter to becoming its strongest; the plot is long and filled with deep lore, and the story is an engaging modern reworking of a popular fantasy subgenre.

Sung Jinwoo, a rank-E hunter who is considered “humanity’s weakest,” plays the role of the underdog protagonist.

Jinwoo’s prospects appear bleak in a world where hunters are humanity’s saviors against the onslaught of monsters emerging from ‘Gates.

But, fortunately, Jinwoo runs onto a rare double dungeon with lethal prizes. The frail Rank-E hunter is left for dead, but he miraculously recovers.

Recently, Jinwoo has been referred to as “the System’s Player,” a title that he now holds. Jinwoo’s luck begins to change for the better, but he still has to work for it.

Jinwoo, now endowed with superhuman skills, sets out on a perilous mission to discover the dungeons’ origins.

Information Regarding Individual Power Levels

Solo Leveling creators Chugong and DUBU both contributed video messages to the images announcing the anime.

The writer of Solo Leveling said, “he is feeling delighted and thrilled these days,” after hearing that his book would be made into an animated film.

“I’m still half-doubting that this is real; I want to see Jinwoo and the other characters get animated soon and feel relieved,” Chugong said.

The artist responsible for the manhwa’s iconic artwork, DUBU of REDICE Studio, expressed gratitude to the people who read and supported Solo Leveling.

As he received the offer for the adaption, he thought it had only been yesterday. “It’s really overwhelming to believe that the anime is actually being made at this very moment,” DUBU continued.

Sadly, DUBU, real name Jang Sung-Rak, died of a brain hemorrhage just weeks after the announcement. His age was given as 37.

Even though he will never get to watch A-1’s adaptation of his work, Solo Leveling manhwa will always be his legacy.

Do You Know If An Anime About Solo Leveling Is In The Works?

Now for the good news. Webtoons has provided fans with a trailer for “solo leveling,” giving them optimism that the anime series would be produced.

The trailer gives the impression that production on the anime adaptation can begin at any time. Let us not forget, however, that as of yet, there has been no official word from the producers.

It would be exciting if the creators of one of the best manhwas, Solo Leveling, announced an anime adaptation. It’s likely that the anime will premiere in early 2022 if a confirmation is made within the next six months.
