Jason Green Ranger from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, David Frank, has passed away at the age of 49.
Frank’s management announced his death on Sunday and begged for privacy for Frank’s loved ones, therefore no details about the cause of death were given at the time.
Manager Justine Hunt wrote in an email to BuzzFeed News, “He loved his family, friends, and fans very much.” He will be sorely missed.
When it began in 1993, the show immediately became an instant classic among children of the era. The Green Ranger’s initial nemesis, Tommy Oliver, was played by Frank. A villainous spell is broken, and he joins the Power Rangers to fight for the greater good of Earth and the cosmos.

The White Ranger’s wife has filed for divorce and accused her husband, Power Rangers actor Jason David Frank, of cheating on her.
A new court document acquired by TMZ states that Tammie Frank has accused Jason of adultery, stating that this is a primary cause for their divorce.
The marriage, according to Jason’s ex-wife, was doomed from the start due to constant fighting, and now she claims she can’t stand Jason’s cruel treatment and must leave him.
Jason, well known for his role as Tommy Oliver in the “Power Rangers” series, married Tammie in May 2003, and according to her divorce papers, the couple officially split up on July 1. None of them are parents to any minors, hence they don’t have any kids together.
The court is being asked to grant Jason’s ex-wife a large portion of their property, including their Texas home and vehicle.
