Assault Allegations
During the production of Hustle & Flow, Anderson was accused of rapping an extra in her twenties in a trailer. Witnesses said they heard the accused victim sobbing and saw her running naked from the trailer. In 2004, the charges were dropped because a judge ruled there wasn’t enough evidence to move through with a trial.
Yet another woman on the set of All About the Andersons accused Anderson of sexual assault in 2004 after he allegedly made sexually explicit comments to her in the dressing room. Los Angeles County DA’s office decided not to press charges against Anderson due to a lack of evidence.
