These financial aid packages are given to TMSL third-year students currently enrolled in order to help with Texas Bar-related costs. Over $50,000 worth of scholarships has been given out as a result of these initiatives.
The University of North Texas College of Law was added to the bar scholarship in September 2021. Vonda’s commitment to this project earned her the title of 2019 Attorney of the Year from the Texas Southern University Dallas Alumni Chapter. The Dorethea N. Hornbuckle Business Entrepreneur Award and the Honorable Ron White Award from the Dallas NAACP are two further noteworthy accomplishments (Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc.).
