Get ready for more Nier: Automata. If you did not know, the IP made a comeback recently with its own anime. Even though it took a long break earlier this year, Nier: Automata has been a hit with fans thanks to the work of its creator, Yoko Taro.
And now, news has come out about the official Nier: Automata anime dub. And thankfully, there is a lot of good news.
It turns out that Nier: Automata was able to get the English voice actors from the game back for more fun and The official Twitter account of NieR: Automata anime announced on March 15, 2023, that Crunchyroll will be streaming the English dub of the anime starting March 18, 2023.

NieR: Automata Ver1.1a is a TV anime based on a role-playing action game directed by Yoko Taro, made by PlatinumGames, and sold by Square Enix. It is produced by Ryouji Masuyama and has animation production by A-1 Pictures.

The cast for the dub has been announced, and it includes everyone from Kira Buckland to Cherami Leigh. According to the team, Buckland will play 2B again, while Kyle McCarley will do the voice of 9S. As for A2, Leigh will do the voice again.
The first time these actors played their roles in Nier: Automata was when it came out in 2017. So if you were hoping to hear some familiar voices, you’re in luck!

Of course, this is not the first time that the cast of the Nier: Automata anime has played more than one role. In Japan, the original cast of the Square Enix game is in the dub.
The returning voice actors were a big plus for the Nier: Automata TV show and fans of the original game say that it helped them get back into the Nier Universe.
If you haven’t heard of Nier: Automata, you should know that it is a sequel to the Nier series from 2010. Nier: Automata, which was first available on PlayStation 4 and Steam, is a masterpiece, according to Taro and Yosuke Saito, who was in charge of making the game.
Since it came out, Nier: Automata has sold more than seven million copies around the world. It came out on the Nintendo Switch in 2022.
