On March 5, the 29-year-old comedian was driving late at night in a private area of Beverly Hills when he lost control of his Mercedes-Benz. TMZ said that the Beverly Hills Police Department just finished its investigation into the event.
The case has been sent to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office, which will decide if Pete will be charged with causing the crash. It was ruled out that drugs or booze had anything to do with the crash.
Pete, on the other hand, was going fast when he hit, so he could be charged with driving recklessly. The case will go to the District Attorney, the news source said. In Beverly Hills, the D.A. is usually in charge of criminal cases, but it can also handle misdemeanor charges.
Pete was with his co-star and girlfriend on Bodies Bodies Bodies, Chase Sui Wonders when the event happened on a Saturday night. During the ride, the car lost control, jumped a curb, and crashed into a fire hydrant. The car hit the side of a house next.
On the grassy yard near where the car crashed, there were skid marks and car parts. At the time, the police did not charge Pete and Chase. Pete and Chase had been on a romantic trip to the island of Kauai in Hawaii before this happened.
The actor from “King of Staten Island” used to date television star Kim Kardashian, who is 42 years old. After dating for nine months, they broke up. On the other hand, Pete made news over the weekend when he shoved a fan who got too close to him.
The former SNL cast member went to a New York Knicks basketball game on Sunday at NYC’s Madison Square Garden. Pete took pictures with a big group of fans who had crowded around him as he left the building.

In the crowd, a guy in a pink shirt and blue baseball cap was seen cheering for Pete. Several pictures and videos from the event show him putting his arm around Pete and resting his head on the actor’s shoulder.
Pete ignored the man a few times and kept taking selfies until he finally snapped. He shoved the man away and yelled at him, which made the man leave. Pete’s friends defended him on social media.
One wrote, “In all the other clips I’ve seen, that guy is there trying to grab him. He had been bothering him for a while, it was clear.” Another person said, “Pete is chill asf, so seeing him like this, old white dude was overstepping.”
“Pete goes out of his way to be nice to his fans and take pictures with them. It’s not necessary. “I would have done the same thing if a strange man had come up to me in the same way,” said a third.
