Is EDP445 dead

Once again, reports of the death of the former YouTuber known as EDP445 have appeared online. The creator’s online reputation has taken a hit after he was caught having sexually inappropriate conversations with minors. However, online audiences still care deeply about their personal life.

Some of his supporters, very unexpectedly, have been spreading rumors online that he has passed away. The rumors, however, are completely false. The concept of an online presence is thriving.

Deyione Scott-Wilson Eason, aka EDP445, was born Bryant Turhan Emerson Moreland. He gained massive popularity on the site due to his vlogs, rant videos, and general dislike of the Philadelphia Eagles football team. But after being banned from the service in April of 2021, it appears his contract was terminated.

Many online commenters assumed he had passed away due to kidney failure. In the past, the YouTuber had provided updates on his health status to his audience. He also allegedly showed his fans a bruise on his neck from a catheter that went down to his chest as evidence of his poor health.

After the sad news was released, internet users began spreading frequent hoaxes about his death. It appears that the false statement was made once again.

Edp445 Is Not Dead

Despite widespread speculation, no confirmed reports of the social media star’s death have surfaced. Given his online notoriety, his death would likely be met with an official statement from his loved ones or management. No one, however, has officially confirmed his death.

It’s not the first time he’s fallen for a fake death report on the web. Similar rumors went viral last year as well. This prompted him to go live on Instagram and reassure his fans that he was, in fact, still around. At the time, The Focus, a news organization, also reported that he was still alive.

Charli D’Amelio, Kai Cenat, MrBeast, Jaden Smith, Tom Hanks, Oprah Winfrey, and a slew of other well-known internet personalities and famous celebrities have all fallen prey to death hoaxes.

It appears that some internet users propagate false information for the sake of short-term fame. Therefore, it is crucial for people to verify such information before acting on it. One way to do this is to browse through credible and verified social media accounts or to see whether the announcement has been validated by reputable news outlets.

EDP445 was caught having sexually inappropriate contact with minors and was subsequently arrested. Paedophilia allegations were also brought against him. What he does for a living is a mystery now that he has had his YouTube account blocked and is no longer an active video generator online.
